HJU: A World We Have Forgotten

I haven't been accepted nor am I technically a part of this RP but what happens when you run out of KR worlds?

We never run out of worlds, just check the history books. =P

SO, after heading back to the drawing board... literally. I've reinvented Nami's character for the RP and I think I'm happy with the result. The theme might be OP'd, but out of many designs, I've fallen in love with this one. What sparked this idea was infusing all the riders I've used and just sticking with one form. From Glaive, Orga, Zwei etc... this is it!

HERE COMES A NEW CHALLENGER!!

Kamen Rider... Den-Ojou.
Imagin Used: Queen Imagin - Ren.
Weapon: Queen's Glaive.
Features: The chest armour serves as a second face, providing improved defense and sense of security.
Sepcial Attack: Queen's Judgement - Sword version and Rider Kick version.
Alternate Forms: Can be used with any other imagin like Den-O. So far, isn't discovered yet.

So I would like Den-Ojou to replace Kamen Rider Hero, if that's cool? I just wasn't happy with the cluster crap Hero had.

And everyone knows everyone else's name so we can carry on.
And it's Gaia Impact.

Okay in W's world there's gonna be two teams.
One team remains in this world, a world were Dopants run wild in the wake of a post Gaia impact. Most live peacefully in teh middle of Futo. However teh outer part of teh city has uncontrollable and evil Dopants.
The other team will at one point early on be transported back in time before the Impact happened.
We'll find that the HJU building is teh only way we can communicate in that both teams can enter teh building and see each other but when they leave it, they will be back in their respective time lines.
Gaia impact teams job will be to find out how the impact happened.
Pre Impact teams job will be to stop it.

Post Impact team will face new Dopants and ones from the movie (Cyclone, Trigger, etc.).
Pre Team will face teh Dopants from the Show.

Post Impact has Jinno and Makura as Dopants willing to help the team, wanting to find a way to change teh world back.
Prea Impact will mingle with Akiko (she is trying to figure out where Philip and Co are) and Terui (Trying to keep Museum from running rampant)

The Gaia Impact as in it is actually happening at the moment?

If I not mistaken, the Gaia Impact was going to forcibly turn people into Dopants, so that can give us plenty of opponent's to fight.

I have sort of an idea of what to do... But first, who controls the "actual" W characters?

Time travel plot... Cool, I'll just assume you already thought of a plot device to get the Pre team back in time.

Couple of questions though:

1st - Like I asked before, who controls the actual W characters? As well as the villains?

2nd - Which attempt to launch the Gaia Impact succeeded? The Rubei's first attempt? The Utopia Dopant's second attempt? Because depending on which some W character might be in the Post time or not.
