Alright... with the debate that vets should have powers too is drilling into my current storyline. Personally I'm against it, if there should be "upgrades" it should go to the new kids. After all, it's gonna be their show, if anyone is against it... I'll sign them on as a villain and they can settle it in the story. =P If there were to be upgrades to the current powers, I'll draw the forms and come up with a concept. Although, the whole thing is that Kamen Riders Hero, Justice and Ultimate will be using the powers of the past riders. Like the Hyper Sword Zector... it'll just **** you over in the middle of the battle and yours powers go to the person who is summoning it.
The combination as of now for the riders are...
Kamen Rider Hero (multi-form user)
Kiva, Kuuga, Agito, Den-O
Kamen Rider Justice (card system user)
Blade, Ryuki, Decade
Kamen Rider Ultimate (all-round weapons user)
Kabuto, Hibiki, Faiz, W(maybe)
If anyone has an idea for a rider, I'll try my best to illustrate one. (Results may vary)

The point isn't the vets should have upgrades.
the point is, the vets are teh vets.
They're their own riders, so they have their own stuff.
Its not a focus point, and we know they're not in charge.
So when RK shows up as his own rider, he's not there to steal the show, that's just the way things progressed.
He has his won story.
I'm not saying we need to tell it though.
Also it makes things easier for the new guys since you wont have two decades or two knights running around.
Also...give me a day or two and I'll show you some good pics...

I'll working something out with everyone, I just have to redraft my story to fit everyone in >_< The upgrades for vets, I will work on them, however, it'll be the vets that are still active.
I'm gonna have Nami's role in this RP the creator of the new riders systems for HJU. She will be the in charge of the Rider Tech division, so the vets powers will come from her, as well as Hero, Justice and Ultimate.
As for the new riders and generation, will be as big as we want, but only the three lucky people will use H, J and U once they are complete. I'm still trying to work out the kinks in the systems like... should the riders remain their powers with the new riders at the same time... etc. Thus why I'm thinking about the new kids getting the vets new powers once Hero, justice and Ultimate rock the scene.

I've thought long an hard about the system with the induction of the new riders. The vets will keep their old powers, but they will be unable to go into their ultimate forms, the new kids will have the new powers, which Nami will create based on the old rider systems. The vets will use their powers until Hero, Justice and Ultimate are activated, and the only way they'll work is if the vets awaken their powers.
Hero, Justice and Ultimate will use the vets powers to transform, that's only if they have all the awakened powers.
Sorry if it seems like it's taking forever with the changes, I've written and scrapped a lot of ideas, of course it's NOT final... because I am taking everyone's ideas into consideration. So I want the story and system to make sense, so please wait a little bit longer =)

After long night of work, love and life... I've finally gotten to the finishing editing to the story. Here's the final product...
There will be NO reboot, we're gonna tough this one out and I have thought about the possibilities on how to finish the product, believe me, this was the easiest part. the rewrites and coming up with multiple new systems was a pain, as AWESOME as the ideas were, in the end... it wasn't enough to get to the end and be able to accommodate everyone.
The story will leave off at Lii's world where we will attempt to exterminate the wild Ryuki riders from that world. If there's still a battle on-going within the last dialog, there will be a "reset" as the riders will vanish, the Ryuki riders will fade from existence and as for us, we will be fading as well and be sent to different worlds in groups.
This will be like the later episodes in Decade where the worlds combine and a war will break out, riders are either together to save it, or against each other just to survive. The saving grace will be an attempt to unite the riders once again, be resolving the issues they have to face the "greater threat".
The only riders who will remain neutral to the wars are custom riders and Decade, as they have no story... but they can play the role as a pacifist or take a side. Once the problems are resolved the riders will then move forward, either to feud with another world, save it, or make it to the final stage.
After all, by the end, we will all reach "a world forgotten"...
SO FOR NOW... let's wrap this battle up, disappear and here's the WORLD WAR set up:

As for anyone who ISN'T apart of the world war, will be playing support civilians or villain roles, grunts and bosses alike. Since we'll be doing Kabuto and Faiz first... anyone who ISN'T from those worlds will decide what roles to play. First come, first pick.
