Suite Pretty Cure - Discussion Thread

I kept putting it off BECAUSE I was thinking about the Earthquack and that there wouldn't be an episode.

I didn't know they were attacked by a giant rock duck. :laugh:

Not a bad episode this week especially considering it was a toy introduction episode. They even made the use of the Birtier make sense since with Kanade trapped they couldn't use the Passionate Harmony. Though I think the biggest thing is probably the introduction of Ako, who gives the clear impression she is going end up as an important character. My guess is that she either ends up being Cure Beat, which would explain why she seems smaller than the other Cures, or ends teaming up Siren in some capacity.

Nuuu ~ this might shatter my fantasy of having 7 or 8 cures in one show...... cuz if the other ones are used as an attack and not henshing devices, then that means we might only end up with 4 not that its a bad thing, Fresh! and HC were both great with 4 main cures, but I was kinda hoping for more >.<

I love that feeling you get after arriving at the end of an episode when everythings been resolved and a new moral is learned. A lot show do this but I like the way Precure does it.

So I usually like the wand-thingies that more recent Cures tend to get as weapons, but oh man I really like Suite's take on it. The Berthier itself is kind of chunky but the stock footage for it is so rad.

I enjoy the episode. At first i thought it would be about Kanade, but the writers manage to make a Hibiki focus episode too which i found great.
