Ugh..... it takes place before Episode 3 in the Clone Wars. Jesus Christ I'm so done with this saga. This is money that could've been used on a KOTOR series, but ooooh no..... more cramped stories with outcomes we already know.

An all-Stomtrooper episode sounds good enough, but yeah, I'm through with Clone Wars. KOTOR, like many unsung EU titles, needs a showcase.

well it's just a further example of the George Lucas "No one must be allowed to do Star Wars better than me" mentality. And since everyone loved the Original Clone Wars more than his Preqauls.....here we go.

Plus will it do what Clone Wars did and give us more of this guy?

Thanks, but I'll just stick with the last three episodes (the Original Trilogy). I grew up with those.

The only thing that Clone Wars has going for it is the character designs and stuff. It's much better than the first three episodes! But the only thing I find really annoying is when, and I have to agree with Keith, they reveal some obvious plot points. And they LOVE to telegraph to the audience that Annakin Skywalker will one day become Darth Vader! It's like Lucas was desperate to cheapen the impact that The Empire Strikes Back had on that.

Clone Wars without Genndy's 2D art just seems sad. I enjoyed his work.

As far as Star Wars goes, for me it began with New Hope and ended with Return of the Jedi. An awesome heroes journey epic with action, heart, humor, and wonderful visuals. Everything else amounts to little more than filmed fanfic. I'm begining to think Darth Vader's backstory was better off as backstory.

But if the prequels do have one virtue it's that it shows that taking the quick and easy path to darkness, power, and evil as actually a rather pathetic one, more than anything glamorous or to be admired.

Still, they needed to establish Anakin as a more legitimate and sympathetic hero before his taking that fall from grace. Instead it's a 3 movie countdown to his big suit and you kinda just want him to shut up and put the breathmask on.

I like Clone Wars, it probably presents the power Jedi's hold more than any of the movies ever have.

3D looks nice, looks more like pre-rendered computer game squence than anything, but will watch when it comes out.
