It will do well, because Sanjo and Hasegawa laid a great foundation to work off of in the series. I applaud them for the work, and it lets them do a lot more with Skull and Eternal in a way that doesn't hinder the television series, something that Inoue didn't so well in on Agito and had to ditch it's connections to Kuuga.

Both movies are done. Koichi Sakamoto invited some people from Tsuburaya to see the movies. There's a post about this on the Ultraman Zero blog.
There will be an event coming during the end of February which will show the Accel movie and 10 minutes of Eternal's, but none of us here live in Japan so I guess no one really cares about the event.
