Smallville Season 11 is the continuation of the comic of the beloved TV series. In 2013 DC made Season 11 as a comic book. That is three years since the season 10 finale. Fans longed for an adaptation, but it didn’t happen. Smallville is a Teenage drama about a young Clark Kent before he became Superman. That show lasted for ten seasons, but fans never get to see Clark Kent sporting the blue suit. It is the only continuity where Lex Luthor and Clark Kent started as best friends.

The Inhumans are a very unique set of beings in the Marvel Universe. They posses powers based on both their genes and a unique substance called Terrigen. What’s more, their leader is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe because he can emit sound waves so powerful that a single whisper can shatter stone, thus, he’s basically mute until he needs to use his powers. Which…makes for an interesting dilemma with the upcoming Inhumans TV series, because Black Bolt needs to communicate to give the character weight…yet he can’t talk. So, what’s the team to do?
The Sly Cooper series is a true fan-favorite video game franchise. The combination of great characters, wacky setting, stealth and action gameplay, and more have made it epic from basically start to finish. The series has had 4 titles, and was rumored to be getting a movie in the style of the Ratchet and Clank film that released last year. However, that never moved forward. Now though, it’s been announced that Sly Cooper will be getting a TV series, one developed by Technicolor Animation Productions, who makes the very successful Sonic Boom TV show, along with Sony who owns the rights to the franchise.
Netflix have now added an offline viewing mode to their online streaming service for the very first time, allowing viewers to download content onto their devices so that they can watch them later without an internet connection.
Sling TV is Dish Network’s $20 streaming service that delivers a couple dozen cable channels to your devices without the need for a cable subscription or contract. On just about every newspost we’ve published about Sling, we’ve lamented the lack of Viacom channels on the service. Viacom owns a mess of established cable institutions: Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET, Spike, MTV, MTV2, Nicktoons, Nick Jr., VH1, CMT, and TV Land, plus possibly others I can’t think of at the moment.
E.G Daily is a talent whose work I have admired for years. I first saw her when I was a child and I frequently rented “Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure”, where she played the role of Dottie, Pee-Wee’s sort of girlfriend. I also frequently watched “Rugrats” in the 90s, where I heard her as the voice of Tommy Pickles. I didn’t get to know her name until the 00s, when my 80s fandom, which was already blooming in the 90s, reached a larger level. It was in the 00s that I heard her song “Say It, Say It”, an energetic dance song with a very cool music video based on Stanley Kubrick’s “Lolita”.
Every so often, a news item comes across your desk that makes you do a double take and say “Excuse me?” Then, after looking at it a third time, you add, “….Princess?”
In October of 2014, I went to the Chiller Theatre convention in Parsippany, New Jersey. I met many celebrities there and got their autographs. One of those talents was Lesley Ann Warren.
If you were an 80s kid like me, Glen A. Larson probably entertained you, even if you didn’t know it.
