HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! SUBARASHI!!!!

While the ToQgers enjoy a day out at an amusement park, Right meets a strange young man with balloons. At that time, Baron Nero leads an offensive against the ToQgers in preparation for the arrival of the Emperor of Darkness while having a particular interest in the mysterious youth with the balloons.

An absolutely AWESOME episode. So much stuff happened, and this is great because it's only episode 11.

Nobunaga, er, I mean Z (Zet,Zed?) was definitely interesting. The Shadow Emperor but he is intrigued by the light - "Kira Kira" (thought that was pretty funny). The way he acted was so childish, and how his eyes turned black when he looked into Right's... creepy. Definitely a Kobayashi-esque villain.

It was definitely an intense episode though. Great, fun start in the amusement park, really typical for Sentai. But the villain moments were pretty crazy, with Baron Nero freaking out over the Lamp Shadow appearing instead of the Z and whatnot. And the fight, damn! Nero and Noire are just as brutal as Schwarz, and it was just really well paced and action packed.

The mech fight was pretty cool. The most intriguing part about this episode was that we are given a hint that Z knows Right. Next episode should continue the awesomeness, with the rest of the ToQgers losing their imagination and "growing up" (something I thought they would save for a later plot). Also Cho-TokyuOh!

Also Grita is running away. Hmmm, wonder how this will turn out.

Auchh, those evil's eye :O_O:

Interesting set for Right's Rival: Power, Overwhelming, Curiousity.. everything in darkness mode

Man, this is Juuzou's representative i guess from the writer
how Right will handle him and how the feedback from Zett himself

i bet what we're seeing in next Toqger's arc (can i call it like that?)

and please stop with marriage-arrangement-dragging-plot
enough Gritta, just pull up and run for your life :shakefist

is it just me, or does it really seems like people are getting less interested in the show?

The page and post count for each episode thread keeps dwindling.....even the ToQger thread in The Orb section is very quiet, with no new post since near the end of last month.

"Kira Kira"

that reminds me to Infinity's AxCalibur

I was considering dropping it.

I'll see how I feel about it when ToQ 6 debuts. The introduction of Zed was enough intrigue to keep me in for now. But this is just a bland show to me.

Really enjoying the series so far, suits and the mecha takes a bit of getting used to but I'm really into it. Definitely wanna know more about the emperor also.

Also cant wait till ToQ 6's debut also since hes the 1st orange teammate we have had since Battle Fever J.

So that episode happened. It was good as usual though the focus on action detracted from it a bit.

I also feel like the Emperor of Darkness isn't going to be the final villain. Aside from the end and people's reactions to him he gives off the vibes of a hero rather than a villain. I'm curious to see how this goes.

I was thinking the same thing. So far it hasn't been BAD but I just LOVED Kyoryuger so much and I don't feel like I'm loving ToQger, so it's not really thrilling me.

I'll see how this storyline goes.

I'm curious what will happen with Grita. That scene at the train station is hilariously surreal!

I dunno about him giving off a "hero" vibe. I'm kinda expecting Z to be the kind of villain who really wants to see how far the heroes can go before they "give up", "give in". He's fascinated by the heroes' "shine", and will test them, maybe even torture them just to see that shine be extinguished.

The next story will be interesting, but honestly I'm more interested in seeing Grita assimilating into human society. Without any effort to.:anime:
