Red Ranger apart from being the first female Red Ranger she has 3 Power Beasts/Zords, 3 types of weapons.....
So her morphing phrase is "Red Ranger! Marsupial Power"

Apart from Donald, Dira and Fin, there will be in total 2 girls and 3 guys in the entire series. And There will also be a tribute to Dino thunder too when Mesogog returns..... some how... with an army of feathered raptors and dinosaurs.
Heroes
Donald-Yellow Ranger- Sabre Tooth Cat[18]
Hyperactive Basketball player, Donald is very sporty and perhaps the only friend Basil can count on. He plays for Cenoville High's Basketball team, The Smilodons.
Dira Miu Hidoyoshi- White Ranger- Dire Wolf[17]
Dira is the daughter of a local Dojo sensei. Her skills are imparted from her father and she often uses her skills to send perverts flying into dustbins. Inspired by Love Hina Character, Mokoto.
Fin- Blue Ranger- Basilosaurus[18]
A mutant design student who loves animals and sci fi[sounds like anyone familiar? :lol: ]. A bullying incident left him scarred emotionally and physically, turned him into the anti-social geek he is now. Fin has psychokinetic abilities but he is unable to read another person's mind, a flaw which is compensated by his supersonic hearing. Later takes a liking to Tassy.
Dr. Zaskin [45]
Mentor to the new group of Rangers, Dr. Zaskin once worked in Bio-Labs in Silver Hills before moving to Cenoville. He too was a victim of mutant attacks back then when Ransik was the villain. Instead of fearing mutants, Dr. Zaskin pitied them and decided to find a way to help them. With help from Ex- Senator Grange, he set up a Cenoville orphanage cum school for orphaned humans and mutants. The orphanage became the central base of operation for the Power Rangers. Dr. Zaskin has a teenage daughter, Holly who helps out at the orphanage.
Max[25]-Black Ranger- Woolly Mammoth
The Brainy guy of the group, Max , is the assistant of Dr. Zaskin.
Tassy- Red Ranger- Tasmanian Wolf [17]
A wanted mutant , Tassy hated the fact that humans are pushing mutants around. This rage coupled with a Power Coin fragment in her necklace awakens the crystallized zords of the Tasmanian wolf, Carnivorous Kangaroo and the Marsupial Lion, bestowing her powers of the Red Ranger. She is the girl that Basil tried to save long time ago which made her adopt a liking to Fin. Tassy has the ability to leap great heights and has retractable claws.
Note: Tassy's zords are all Marsupials

Dino Thunder Rangers
Holly Zaskin[24]
Holly had her first Power Ranger encounter during her childhood when she sort of ''employed'' the Blue Time Force Ranger to be her bodyguard while her father was captured by mutants. Holly is a social worker at the Cenoville Orphanage and also TassyÂfs best and only friend. She is perhaps the only civilian who knows of the Power Rangers base at the bottom ground of the Cenoville Orphanage.
Crystal Zords
they first start out as crystallized fossils in Cenoville Museum but microscopic fragments of the Power Coins are permanently studded in them. They can be "animated" by the Ranger's will into Animal mode first before going into Zord mode.

Villains
Ragnas
Powerful and intelligent, Ragnas is definitely not the "sit-back and shake leg" type villain lord and will spar personally with the Rangers from time to time along side his minions; a trait that separates him from other Power Ranger villains. He will also do self reflection from time to time.
Beneath a fierce Alien-like look, he is a soft and kind person who sympathizes with mutants and had created a small mutant city, Muta Nui on an abandoned offshore island. Ragnas will do anything to protect his fellow mutant kind even going against Mesogog. He loves Mirage dearly. His two right hand men are his more human-looking blood brothers, Frost and Iron.
Frost
Able to freeze anything at will and control ice, Frost is just as slippery as his element.
Iron
His skin is laden with dermal ossicles[skin bones] like the Prehistoric Giant Sloth, rendering with him near indestructibility.
Mirage
Ragnas's fiance, she is adept at computers and was a ex-colleague of Dr. Zaskins. She can shape-shift at will. She is second in command and takes over Ragnas's tasks of maintaining Muta Nui when Ragnas is in Cenoville.
Baboons
Every Power Ranger villain has an army of endless minions. So Ragnas has an army of mutant baboons, armed to the teeth. Unlike the foot soldiers of all Power Ranger Villains, Ragnas's Baboons are quadrupeds which gave them the speed and unpredictability to overpower their biped enemies. Time to time the rangers will get overwhelmed by baboons. But despite this, Baboons are still pretty easy opponents as with all minions.
Mesogog
Some how Mesogog returned.
[One liable explanation is that the Dino Thunder Rangers destroyed all but one of Mesogog's DNA clones. And then he laid low for a few years to recharge.]
This time Mesogog is more dino looking, a mutated feathered raptor. He steals DNA samples of chinese feathered raptors and other dinosaurs from the museum to create an army of dinosaurs. But the first opponent he had to face was Ragnas before facing the combined strength of Dino Thunder and Beast Guardian. But it was a recovered Ragnas that defeated the mutant dinosaur.
Mutant Registry
Fearing the mutants, the human community forced the mutants to register their names and DNA. However now this data is misused to discriminate them further. Whoever is behind this organization probably hated mutants and purposely wanted them isolated from the human community.
