Power Rangers Beast Throttle

In the distant future, the Earth had lived in peace since the Power Rangers saved the Earth from forces of evil. As the humans' future went on, no evil ever set foot on the the planet and everything including the technology began to emerge. However, things began to change.....In the darkness, a dark and selfish ruler named King Zangyu has been aware of the peaceful planet Earth. With a large and powerful alliance by his side, King Zangyu was ready to show what evil is all about and he vows that he will show no mercy.
His approach was soon noticed by the humans and they know what they had to do: panic for their lives. However, one person named Scarlette Aster decides to take the last stand and form a new team of Power Rangers. A group of teenagers with attitude would receive the power of the Octane Morphers and become the Beast Throttle Power Rangers. However, this challenge comes with a price and that means that if the Rangers takes the battle the hard way, there will be no turning back.
The sake for the Earth depends on the new young fighters.

Rules
1. No god-modding....ever. Your characters can and will get hurt.
2. All romance (Straight, Gay, Lesbian and Bi) are welcome, however keep it limited.
3. There will be NO reservations in this RPG.
4. No Bullshit in the RPG, if there is.....report it to me and I'll handle it.
5. This RPG is rated R which means there WILL be cursing in this story.
6. You HAVE to be active in this RPG, if you are leaving, let me know.
7. Only the BEST bios get the Ranger role.
8. The Gold and Silver Ranger will appear later in the game.
9. The Allies and Villains roles are open for grabs.
10. This RPG will be slightly based on Super Sentai.

Allies
Scarlette Aster: The person responsible of forming the Beast Throttle Rangers. After hearing about the attack by King Zangyu, Scarlette thought that she should form the Ranger team to fight Zangyu and his forces.
Tetsuya Oyama: This kid here is nothing but a street delinquent and loves getting into many fights. However, Tetsuya has a strong and warm heart, also a good brain.
Enemies
King Zangyu: Evil tyrant and extremely heartless. All he cares about is himself and destroying the entire human race.
Lyra: Zangyu's right hand woman and main assassin of the alliance.
Scar: The male assassin of Zangyu's alliance. He gotten the name because of the scar on his left eye.
Klank:The scientist and technical adviser of Zangyu's alliance. Although, his creations are sometimes weak and can be easily destroyed by the Rangers.
Mordant: Zangyu's servant. He's a brainless idiot and hopes on getting a favor from Zangyu.
Metaloids: Robotic foot soldiers created by Klank. They have small saw weapons and programmed with hand combat.
Torchers: General foot soldiers created by Klank. They are armed with firepower and are programmed to lead the Metaloids to battle.
Zords
Hawk Cruiser Zord: Red Ranger's hawk/sportscar hybrid Zord and partner. He's very naive, but a team player and a good loyal friend to the others. He speaks in a surfer-dude accent and his catchphrase are "Gnarly, Dude!"
Eagle Racer Zord: Yellow Ranger's eagle/racecar hybrid Zord and partner. He's speaks in street slang and he a personality filled with cockiness and stubbornness. But he cares about his teammates a lot and he would do anything to keep them safe. His nickname is "Screech" and his catchphrase is "Let's kick it up!"
Orca Motocross Zord: Blue Ranger's orca/motorbike hybrid Zord and partner. She's very calm and mother-like, but she can be very aggressive when it comes to fighting. Her catchphrase is "Let's roll!"
Bear Dune Zord: Pink Ranger's bear/dune buggy hybrid Zord and partner. She's very tomboyish and very energetic. She always wanted to be a hero when it comes to fighting evil and she will stop at nothing to get that title. Her nickname is "Duna" and her catchphrase is "Gear up!"
Wolf Interceptor Zord: Black Ranger's wolf/police cruiser Zord. He's the only Zord that has a serious personality and attitude. He sees himself as a leader and makes sure his teammates work together when they're in battle. He speaks in a Japanese accent and his catchphrase is "Iku ze!" His nickname is Wolfgang, which he loves that name.
Condor Winger Zord: Gold Ranger's condor/helicopter Zord and partner. He too is calm, and very kind-hearted. However, he hates fighting and seeing people suffer. But he has to fight in order to save the Earth. His catchphrase is "I'm a lover, not a fighter."
Tiger Winger Zord: Silver Ranger's tiger/jet-plane hybrid Zord and partner. She's very stuck-up, but has a smart mind. However, she doesn't play by the rules sometimes which can lead to trouble. Her nickname is "Tigra" and her catchphrase is "Growl Power."
Arsenal
Octane Morphers: Wrist morphers created for the core 5 Rangers. They allow the Rangers to morph into their Ranger suits and to communicate with each other or their Zord partners.
Wing Shifter: Gold and Silver Rangers' morphers. They use these devices to morph into their Ranger forms and can even communicate with each other or their Zord partners.
Street Snipers: Special sidearm made for the core 5. They can shoot out powerful beams of energy which can cause severe damage to the opponent. They can be transformed to Saber Mode.
Throttle Power Weapons: Primary weapons designed for the core 5. Each Ranger has his/her own weapon: Turbo Blade--Red, Spark Chargers--Yellow, Engine Blasters--Blue, Racing Bow--Pink, Nitro Launcher--Black
Hatchet Launcher: Gold and Silver Ranger's side-arm that has six different attack modes which are Burning, Freezing, Lightning, Shining, Shooting, and Jet Booster.
Hatchet Shifter:The combination of the Winger Shifter and the Hatchet Launcher, allowing Gold and Silver to perform a finishing attack.
Octane Racers: Special motorcycles designed for the core 5. They have amazing firepower and can go to 300 miles per hour.
Sky Jeep: Gold and Silver's special vehicle. Like the Octane motorcycles, it has strong firepower and can go 300 miles. But unlike the Racers, the Sky Jeep can transform into jet-mode.
Morphing Sequence
The core 5 yell out "Go, Beast Throttle!" in a group or "Throttle (Color)!" when he/she is alone. The Gold and Silver Rangers yell out "Winger Power!" when they are together or "(Color) Winger!" when he/she is alone.

Locations
Dragonheart City: The Ranger's hometown. It is known by its popular and historical culture of China and Japan.
The Slice: The Ranger's favorite hangout. They serve a buffet of pizza, pasta, salad, burgers, desserts, and more.
The Garage: Scarlette's home, car shop, and secret base.
Zangyu's Dark Fortress: King Zangyu's ship and headquarters.

Kouta is a boy with courage, cleverness, and nobility. He's also quite of a fighter and whenever there's trouble around, he springs into action. Sometimes he doesn't play by the rules and that can lead into danger; however, Kouta has a good brain and can get himself and his friends out of trouble.
History:
Kouta was born in Dragonheart City when there were no Power Rangers around. Ever since he was young, Kouta would hear the news about the Power Rangers saving the Earth from forces of evil. However, where his family was from, they didn't had Power Rangers, they had Super Sentai which was the Japanese counterpart of Power Rangers. During his grade school years, he and his friends would roleplay as the Power Rangers or the Super Sentai, thinking that they're protectors of the school. But when he got older, he grew out of PR/Sentai roleplaying and he found another interest: art.
He fell in love with drawing and writing stories and he dreams of becoming a mangaka (Japanese comic author). During his middle and high school years, he has became a "star student in art as he created his own comics. Kouta has an extreme imagination and sometimes he goes into his own little world, where no one can bother him about anything. Kouta turned shy because of his interest; thinking that he is an outsider and always trying to stay out of trouble. But that was until he meets Scarlette Aster and tells him about King Zangyu attacking the Earth and Dragonheart City. Without any argument, Kouta accepts Scarlette's help and he becomes the Yellow Ranger. Not only that, Kouta became the youngest in the team. With his new Zord and partner, Screech (Eagle Racer Zord), Kouta will make sure no evil will stand in his way.
