These early subs have basically confirmed the conversation between Tsukasa & the gang and Narutaki, especially since it concerns the plotline of the Decade series in relation to the Decade movie.
Narutaki has basically revealed that Apollo Geist AND Dai-Shocker are behind the merging of the Heisei Rider Worlds. And sorry to spoil some of you, but in the Decade movie, all of the Kamen Riders DEFEAT Dai-Shocker.
To sum this up for you, all of Dai-Shocker is defeated in the movie but Apollo Geist isn't shown in the movie. In this first half of this 2 part finale, it's proclaimed that Apollo Geist is the final villian that Decade & the Heisei Riders will have to defeat to stop the worlds from merging.....which obviously means the final episode results in Apollo Geist's death (no ****), which is why Apollo Geist is not in the Decade movie with the rest of Dai-Shocker.
In other words, because Apollo Geist will be defeated @ the end AND the rest of Dai-Shocker is defeated in the movie, it's only appropriate that "All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker" is indeed the true finale of the Decade series............with the Decade/Double crossover movie being the final piece to the puzzle in December of all the Decade plot mysteries.

To be fair, Todoroki got iced too, and both of them at least died in battle, rather than being victims of the Super-Duper World Crunch (which, admittedly, is one of the coolest things I've ever seen.) And this is the show after all which had Femme beat BLACK (okay he intentionally threw it but still) and a likeable, competant L'Arc. So obviously the writers are getting better.
Speaking of the deaths, I love how Blade's death is exactly how I always envisioned it would be, no matter the version- screaming 'til the end.

My conclusion is the opposite. If Daishocker is still around, why is Apollogeist considered the "final villain" here? He's the final villain because he wasn't in the Decade movie and so survived even after most of the Daishocker was defeated. Think about it, in this episode, he didn't even summon any Daishocker troops, just used the ones from this world.
Besides, if the movie happens after next episode, Daiki will have to leave their party after joining in the Amazon world scene... only to join again at the end of the movie. That seems rather strange.
