Well we were informed that decade and diend can pull cards from the same void. So long as decade has access to it he can pull it out again.

I thought it was interesting that Tsukasa went right into a form rider card without becoming Faiz first.

It's not the first time since he went straight to Den-O Axe form during the last part of the Hibiki World arc.

It seems a little weird he can do that though. That's sort of like him going straight to Ryuki instead of becoming Decade first.
