Pretty sure that's supposed to be Diend. The color coding is the same that appears during his henshin sequence and when he uses the Invisible card.

Yeah, Diend is apparently using some sort of bizarre attack he's never used before and will probably never use again, but that's just how Decade fights roll.

I assumed the lasers were coming from stuff we saw in Natsumi's original dream (Castle Doran, Mirror Monsters, Psyga, etc.) only they're all conveniently off camera for budget reasons.

Or as I like to think they just wanted to focus on the actual Riders for the final moments.

I just want you to think about it for a second. Of course he likes this stuff and watches it but you can like something and still be critical of it or look at it's flaws and feel that they have hurt the greater whole. Liking something doesn't mean you just blindly accept whatever comes down the pike or whatever shiny new alt. form toy they stick in your face or whatever "badass" they trott out or how many explosions happen.

If anything, a profound love of the stuff is part of why some fans can be hard on a show because they know how much potential for awesome in both action and storytelling that the whole thing has and if a show starts with a interesting idea and/or characters it can be a frustrating experience to see it not live up to that potential when there is really no good reason for it not to be able to.

..and really, a clear, conclusive, and satisfying ending is not too much for any audience member of any age or nationality to ask from any story, be it Kamen Rider or whatever.

This is true. But it does not mean fans should be hard on every single series and episode that is show. It just shows that some fans are never satisfied with anything imo.

Pretty epic feeling episode. Lot of good action and stuff. Waiting for the movie is going to be torturous, but worth it. :buttrock: However, I think I would've traded any of the worlds after the last Heisei Rider world to get the finale in the series, even the much awaited Sentai/Rider team-up and Black episodes (loved those). Still, good 1st part of a finale.

For these characters to be acting in that manner, even Tendou..makes no sense at all. Obviously it would be in-character for all them to want to save their worlds but really I can't imagine a single one of them who would not have taken the moment to look at the greater picture and realize that it's all the worlds that need to be saved not just their own.

Unless the guys at Toei have been getting their cues on parallel world stories from reading too many translated DC (Didio Crap)Comics.

I don't think the Heisei Riders would stoop that low either. Or they could. I don't know, I would think that something like this, they would handle themselves.

31 established that there are two Tsukasas, one good and one probably some kind of evil dickhole.

How do we know there aren't two sets of "original" Heisei protagonists in play here? And our "good" Tsukasa is actually fighting the Rider War against evil copies of the Heisei guys we know and love.

That would explain why Wataru and Kenzaki get their for-reals actors back just in time to be written like completely different, more assholish people.

This also reconciles the ending with All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker-- for that adventure, good Tsukasa is clearly teaming up with the good versions of the Heisei dudes who don't want to kill him!

Finally, it would also explain Onodera still existing away by making him Godai's evil counterpart so evil he has a different actor! Even though Onodera is... well, still not terribly good at being evil if left to his own devices. I guess even across space and time, Godai doesn't change that much.

No guarantee (or even much proof) that this is what Toei is doing, of course. Current Rider writers will make a character act like a jerk for pretty much no reason at all. It is what crossed my mind after reading a bit of the "evil Tsukasa" discussion, though...

Makes a hell of a better cliff-hanger if we don't see what happens. If it was a different card to help Tsukasa, okay, but how does he survive if Kaitou was against him.

That would make a great ending...except how could he then appear in the All Rider movie, which everyone is assuming (a good assumption) happens after the second movie?

Man, I am this much (holds finger and thumb a cm away) from visiting Japan in December.

One thing is one thing here, I was so impressed that in the opening of the series. That is the initial 3 minute battle bet. All Heisei 9 World Kamen Riders (ALL from each seires) came to battle Decade where they all got K.O.ed by him so easily. That scene made me say "Decade, you are one force to reckon with" for what Decade did was so overwhelming, the problem happened when the story really went out of the expectations.


Yes, I really never expected that such of storytelling would crash down to what the last episodes displayed. I admit that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the fight scenes but then the story really made my sweet candy turn sour. I mean why is it that our hero, Kadoya Tsukasa had to suffer so much after all of his journey? And what's with the Main Heisei Riders anyway? Why are they hating Tsukasa? How many worlds are actually found in this entire series besides the ones shown? Whose side is Narutaki? Who'se side is Kaitou? How did Showa Era ever came to make a comeback to the entirety of the story? Why are there so many glitches during the progress of the show?

Kamen Rider Decade of all of the Heisei really ended up a big let down. Honestly, I really hated the ending for we have to wait for a very long time before everything comes to a complete understanding.

There's a really a big difference between Natsumi's dream of Rider War & the real Rider War.

Natsumi's dream Rider War​

All Riders(excluding Kamen Rider Arc) vs Decade, and Kuuga only survives in the War.

All 8 (Since Yuusuke survives from vanishing) of 9 original Heisei Riders came back to destroy Decade.

Maybe dream was if they did an alternative method and did not befriend the AU worlds?

I just realized something. The rider war at the begining WAS the ending. They just threw that cliffhanger ending in there because they are running out of mone- I mean ideas.
