Well, Birth is not on the first post and I'm pretty confident that I can keep two characters up...
Are you authorized to approve new bios or do I have to wait for Matrix to come back?

Similar to decade's,amplifying a punch,kick,slash(charges thru the holographic cards,similar to RSF) or bullet's strength.

Allows delete exclusive attack rides and final attack rides to be used even when in the form of other riders

Bio:Chosen by the great leader to develop the decade system through the delete system,Hironari had been world hopping for a few years now,befriending riders,betraying shocker,upgrading his own rider system,meeting up with the HJU riders for awhile.Looking back,it was much fun,being a rider and all,getting to be stronger than your average joe.He tries to cherish his time as rider much,who would know when it would suddenly be gone?
He dislikes revealing personal information to people he doesn't trust,as it would affect his pride and enjoys being secretive.He reveals lies if others are eager to know more about him and usually hides his emotions.To those he does trust however,he doesn't hesitate to reveal the true thoughts in his mind and often shares whats on his mind.He's basically treats the people around him with a friendly attitude though,but careful to not get to close.
His reason for protecting the weak is due to him seeing potential in everyone,the infinite possibilities if one continues living,it would be a waste if a life was gone just like that and he would definitely protect them if it were in his power.He's usually seen as laidback,if it was possible,to be lazing around the whole day,eat,sleep,sleep more,maybe read a book or two.Dislikes conflicts due to it being rather troublesome if it existed.Also has a weakness for girls.

Bio: Isaac love for tokusatsu and Kamen Rider led him to the join the forum. Before he knew what happened, Isaac was taken into a Dimensional Wall and thrown into a world unfamiliar to his own, a situation that he does not understand, and a war that he knows nothing about.
Fortunately for the young man, when he woke up in the strange world he found the Birth Driver and a milk-jug filled with Cell Medals next to him. Isaac has been using the Birth Driver primarily to keep himself safe in the strange world. Still, despite knowing that his usage of the Rider System is limited to the number of Cell Medals he posses, Isaac cannot look the other way when others are in danger.
Issac's heart is now torn apart between following his survival instincts, only using the Birth Driver when he absolutely needs it, and helping others, regardless of what that would do to his future as a Rider.
