Agito seems to be on pretty much everyone's list.

Must be cuz of how hard he rocks. Makes me wonder why the American Kamen Rider didn't start with Agito instead of Ryuki...

Maybe, Kabuto feels sad and cannot concentrate because he lost his universe and couldn't do anything, then Stronger comes, mentors him, and then they have a fight, Stronger wins, but Tendou learns something.

I imagine the scene kind of going like this at one pont.

Shigeru: The heavens call... The earth cries out... The crowds roar... All calling on me to strike back against evil. Now listen up! I am the warrior of justice, The Kamen Rider Stronger!

Tendou: Grandmother said this. "Why settle for stronger, when you can be the strongest!"

For Showa:
the trio of Ichigo, Nigo and V3 and of course, Black.

For Heisei:
Kuuga, Ryuki, Kabuto and Kiva (main rider in story).

In my version, the Fangaire were geting frustrated to defeat Kiva. so in order to have him defeated, they bring back the Showa Riders to fight him but later in the story, Kuuga, Ryuki and Kabuto comes in to help Kiva bring the Showa Riders back to the side of justice.

and they did, with the Showa Riders saying to the Fangaire, "You'll pay for having us fight our fellow riders!"

But actually, I was planning to bring all riders of both Showa and Heisei, with the second riders joining in (Black is now considered passed on to a newcomer rider with Kotaro Minami's benediction passing his previous Black powers), ala the last episode of Black RX where the old riders gather to defeat a common enemy.
