They're just making the rest exclusives to make sure there are no shelf-warmers. Nothing wrong with playing it safe like this, from Bandai's eyes. Sure, you might lose some profit on reissues, but who gets profit from reissuing blue/green/purple forms? Kuuga's weapon forms shelfwarmed when they were released! If they do this, they have little to no risk of having stock sitting in their warehouse, waiting to be TAXED.

That's very true. I was going more off actual sales figures than preorders, but that's just as important in the long run. I slightly figured Shinkenger's popularity would warrant more normal releases than two, but yeah. I can see the worry from Bandai. Better safe than sorry and such.

Exactly. To use Power Ranger toys as an example, who really buys Pink ranger? Certainly not the boys.

Got a question... CAX is coming out soon, would that mean that the figure would come with both the Engine Blade and Prism Bicker?

To be fair this line is actually aimed toward collectors. Notice the 16+ label. I don't think collectors would ignore the females as easily.
