Samurai Sentai Shinkenger - Talk Up!

Shinkenger, we'll see you again in your team-up with Goseiger, and one of you in the 35th anniversary team-up (if the same formula stays).

Actually, the next time we see them is in the V-Cinema Special Act, which arrives in 4 months' time. Somehow I hope that Shinkenger is the Den-O of Sentai, just with the regular cast reprising their respective roles in every spin-off.

Dunno why but I was way more eager for Shinkenger than I am now for Goseiger, maybe because Shinkenger is, in my opinion, much better than Go-onger?:anime:

I was sort of the same way... I instantly "fell in love" with ShinkenOh the first time I saw it... back when we only had those blurry LQ images. I was itching to get my hands on the DX mecha way back in December/January 2008. I just don't feel the same way for Goseiger (and GoseiGreat) though at the moment. :disappoin

I haven't watched the finale yet, but after watching ep. 48 , i think its gonna be one of the better endings for a sentai this past few years.

I would like to ask, aside from the ep1 and maybe ep49, which episode would you recommend for newbies to Shinkenger:-?

Newbies? Maybe episode two where Shinken-Oh first appeared? I dunno, maybe I recommend those episodes with Take vs. Juuzou clashing, first appearances of ShinkenGold, and those episodes revolving about Takeru carrying the burden of being a lord...

Of course, he'll forget this come the team-up. :laugh: (My question: Will the Shinkenger forget the Goseiger's cameo in the Shin vs. Go team-up?)

The jury's still out as to whether team-ups are part of the canon of each series, so I wouldn't be surprised if they did forget.

The team ups seem to have an inter-continuity, even if they aren't in continuity with the series themselves. Abared recognized Hurricane Red in Deka Vs Aba. In most crossovers afterwards, one of the teams talk about the Aba's food place.

Oddly enough, I'm thinking of the kurokos-focused episode:laugh:


I though that only few team-ups are considered non-canon, like the post-Hurricanger team up where the supposedly dead Shurikenger shows up:-?

Anyway, I'd like Shinkenger vs. Goseiger to be canon as I want it to show what the Shinkenger will be doing after the special act, which I think is set to happen after the series finale:anime:

As for Goseiger appearing in Shinkenger vs. Go-onger, letting the Goseiger fighting the Akumaro trio out of the sight of the two other teams may make a perfect explanation for the Shinkenger not knowing the Go-onger. You know, like the Akumaro trio was trying to support the bad guys but was then stopped by the Goseiger.

Any episode that focuses on Kotoha!! They'll find her super cute!!

And if they're are Anime fans tell them Romi Park (Dayuu) is in it!
