how much is the difference of occ birth+claws compared to the SHF claws + canisters?

Just secured a Date-san and Faiz Blaster. Damn you Shuki for selling me on this before I've seen the show :shakefist It'll be fine, I bought King Form before I saw Blade.

Got some Sasori medals to display with Date, as well.

Now I just need Knight and some form of Ankh.

Someone care to explain to me how the F CS Toys stocking works? Their activation isn't for another hour or so, and I was planning on (hopefully) grabbing a Birth SHF.

But, apparently they just threw him up into their website at some random point today, and now he's out of stock. Am I missing something?!
