RPM vs. Dragon Knight (Ratings Thread)

I think we are very lucky to have both shows on TV. In Japan, these two shows don't compete with each other. After all, they are both produced by the same studio. You can and should enjoy them just as any fan would enjoy both a batman and a superman show. The ratings are very important to the existence of the shows, but they are not important compared to each other. They both can and should co-exist in the same world. More toku is better for us, right?

So Ranger Red scores higher than a new BTS episode. Who saw this coming?...That's right I did.

...Wait...Dome Dolls gets 0.5 rating? while a BTS episode gets 0.3?

Kids are totally fucked up nowadays.

KR is a flavour-of-the-month and PR has had it's day. There's no contrast. Ratings mean ****, so long as they are both well-received by the true fans, who the **** cares who's doing better? A victory over RPM really doesnt prove anything...that's like scoring big over aa senior citizen's softball team armed with thirty-year olds on your own side. Empty accomplishment.

I think it's more like Rookies vs. Veterans. The Rookies have a lot more going for them, and while they make the occasional touchdown, the Vets are still winning.
