NOT to blame guns is idiotic to me.

Guns have one purpose and they are the easiest things for a person to use for that purpose.

Knife, car, golf cart.. they all have other very practical everyday other purposes and most require quite a bit of effort to use to kill somebody.

Guns, easy of getting guns and laws the help people get away with killing are a problem whether people want to admit it or not.

Unfortunately Fox News would rather treat hoodies like they were a problem than guns.

To blame an inanimate object that cannot do anything unless it is held by a HUMAN is what I consider idiotic. Have you ever watched Battle Royale? It shows how easy it is to kill someone realistically with practical weapons. How do you think the Zulu won against the British?

Guns have a practical purpose: self defense and hunting. Banning guns for the populace will do nothing other than give criminals and corrupt law enforcement more sway over us, plus you can buy guns illegally. So there, anyone who wants to kill another can easily get a gun if they know where to look or are geared that way, without any of the regulations we currently have. So who's to blame then?

If you don't realize that what you wear does significantly dictate how other perceive you, right or wrong, I don't know where to start. Guns are a factor, however, to ban them is only putting "We The People" in danger and against the 2nd Amendment which protects the others.

What you really want is gun classes and creating a demystification and depopularization of them, with curriculums that focus on teaching children martial arts and discipline and how to disarm people. Basically to show that you do not need to use guns as the only solution to a conflict, but not dismiss them.

Gym classes are the most pointless classes in American curiculum since they don't teach much of anything and they're only like once a week at some or just pointless in general. That we don't have martial arts teachers teaching Phys. Ed. in school or even martial arts classes is appalling , especially in cities with a high crime rate.

When we send our children into the world they aren't prepared for **** as it is. The Public schools are useless and in many cases teach nothing and private education is like the only thing keeping this nation running. You might as well defund them and refund the taxpayers the money wasted and lets not get started about the joke that are the prisons. And even then, the standards across the board are so in-equal and the mandate to going to a college where you'll owe for the rest of your life you have to wonder. Did the government allow the watering down of the school systems just so the colleges could make more money and we'd have to go there for the most menial of jobs?

But that is a wholly other issue.

Hearing the conflicting accounts makes me question what's really true about the case and what's not as there are like 3 different tellings of it, then you cannot take it seriously because of the Black Panthers and all those crying for revenge and those doing the hoodie **** all over the net. I feel this situation could have been handled better on both their parts as there had to be some miscommunication involved.

It will take a revelation in the case to take it really serious because right now, it's a flaming joke. All I want to see is the facts , no bias from either side and I want to actually have a definite answer for all of it and what happened really. No matter how it turns out, I want facts. What if the evidence goes starkly against the preconceived notions you or I have?

"Stand Your Ground" is as good of a concept as the real world application of Marx's actual Communism. Too idealistic and depends entirely on the goodness of all citizens to NOT shoot people they find as a "threat". Thank God that they don't allow those with serious mental issues that have irrational fears of certain people and people in general to have guns otherwise we'd have headcounts per week for no reason whatsoever.

But as I said prior , you can buy guns anywhere if you know where to look or get a person to to give you a license despite the ill consequences it would bring about.

I did hear from a lawyer on the case that SYG doesn't apply to this at all. I jsut want this case to end and clear the **** spewed from both sides. Just like how how this one guy tried to do a comparison with the WRONG Trayvon Martin with a good pciture of the suspect just liek in the media there was a 12 year old pic of Trayvon and a bad pic of the suspect . If people are trying ot make a point, at least get the right DAMN PICTURE of the guy you are trying to make a point of and not some random black guy's pic! That's about as bigoted... no it's plain imbecilic and asinine as the medai's pic comparison and 10x worse . I loled when I saw the fail in comparison to the RIGHT pictures of him that were found as the wrong Trayvon looked NOTHING like the REAL Trayvon. It's not hard to google him and get the CORRECT pictures, then maybe he could have had a point. :redface2:

Keep in mind that Zimmerman told police he was screaming for help during the confrontation. And while no one can say that the voice is without a doubt that of Zimmerman, similar voice identifications have been used in court before.
