I've heard one time he wasn't going before a grand jury, but you can't charge someone with second degree murder if he's not going to that?
This is getting real confusing quick, I mean these stories in the media. when will they bring to trial and get it over with? The laughable thing is the same prosecutor is the woman on the Casey Anthony trial apparently.

It's bad enough that this guy shot an innocent young man.. But now you have some people calling for hits on on zimmerman. The black panther group is also saying they want him murdered.
He should've been charged back a while ago.

Because of that stupid law in Florida they didn't charge him. They are going to have a hard time in court as it stands :/

Second degree murder is actually the highest charge you can go for in those kinds of cases WITHOUT a grand jury.
It means one of two things:
1) They're not confident enough in the evidence that they could get the indictment on First Degree Murder.
2) They feel that going for this lesser charge and sending it right to trial is better then dragging out what has already been a media circus and further tainting whatever possible unbiased jurors they'd have to find to server on this.
At least now we're getting a trial instead of the Florida police trying to sweep the whole thing under the rug, so all the details should finally come to light.

I thought the law wouldn't apply to him if he did kill Trayvon out of malice?
They are gonna have a LOTR in the court as they're gonna need to get this on the road and get this over with.

2. I concur on this. The entire news on this case is so royally fucked up, I don't know whether the guy is a 600 foot pink hippotamus in a tutu , if he killed Trayvon or if he's the long lost father of a child star. Getting this to trial is vastly important and integral so they can get an unbiased look at this case , from both sides. I want to see if this Trayvon is really an angel like his parents purported (I've heard parents say that about their murderers/bullies they have as children ) and if this Zimmerman guy is really the up and standing guy his friends and family say he is .
I literally cannot stand how no one in the media has demonized the actions of the Black Panthers ,how the government has not moved in on them and other race-terrorists, plus Mike Tyson's opinion on the matter (that he should be shot already) is made void if not uncivilized as a threat by his ear biting and his being a rapist pig. I want that to be investigated and rooted out as well, but Obama won't ever do that. I'd be surprised if he did. Now if they can silence the media for the entire case so we don't have a race war at the end of it. :redface2:
