Please tell me something I don't know.

All i'm trying to say is I don't want to wait like 5-10 years or possibly more for the whole other series to be subbed by the proper translators. If these ''fake subs'' are really close to the proper translations, i.e using alternative sentences or words to get the point across on what they are actually saying, i would mind settling down with these subs.

Sometimes, the subs are right. Sometimes they are phrased in weird ways. And sometimes (actually most of the time), they are just plain wrong. If you ever want to talk to someone about what the Timeranger characters say, you're not gonna get very far. I don't think these subs are close to proper translations at all. Sorry to say, but waiting is the alternative option. But I can assure you, it won't take 5-10 years. LOL.

Timeranger is a very good series. It has a great cast, a dark yet likable story, descent villains, and some excellent character development. Yasuko Kobayashi is such a great writer. She's one of the best Toku writers if not the best, IMO. I also love the theme song.

My only real complaints is that it starts out slow during the first half, and the lack of good comedy relief that you find in other Sentai makes it feel a little dry. However, once Naoto appears the story really kicks into high gear, and it ends with a bang.

No. It's one of the most acclaimed and popular sentais in the fandom, frequently praised for strong characters and story.
