Well, I'm still a bit skeptical, since the MDA didn't really say whether it's coming out on Tuesday as part of the global launch. There's been hearsay that it'll only come out next year as under the new local rating systems for video games, similar to our movie ratings system currently.

Of course all this doesn't really matter since I already got my sister to order Mass Effect from PlayAsia.:169: I'm just bummed that I may not get my LE but that's a small thing.

So yeah. Better start running Saren, cos your ass is mine and I don't play nice.:thumbs:

Before I click the review, I feel great knowing I didnt check out any videos or read anything about Mass Effect after the first wave of videos, close to a year ago. So I cant wait to pick this game up and view it all, fresh and full of surprises. Here's hoping the review doesnt spoil too much

edit: my god. I can tell this game will drain away my life very soon. I better finish up assassin's creed.

I'm using every bone in my body to resist watching those videos, Keith. We're so close to launch (one day for you guys, seven for me) that I'd rather just wait and see the stuff in these videos for myself, and have it be new.

In other news, Eurogamer gave Mass Effect an 80/100, according to Joystiq.
In other other news, they can both eat my ass.

I'm kinda in the same boat. While it may launch tomorrow, I won't be getting it in the mail 'til Thursday, so I got three more days wait ahead of me. :disappoin

Hopefully by then I'll have my new TV to experience the game in HD! :thumbs:

Man, I've downloaded almost all the videos that GameTrailers put up and it's the recent Distress Call TV Spot that's really done it for me...really drove home the point that it's all about choices and that you really can't save everybody for the greater good.
