My theory right now is like actually Fangire and humans can co-exist and not cross each other life.Checkmate four could be there to ensure this happens.However,bcos they do not have a King now,that's why all fangires go rampage and attack humans.And also they thought that by attacking humans and be strong,they will become the new King.In the end,Kiva and Saga turn out to the most suitable candidates but due to something,Saga became King.The ritual to be King is in Castle Dran with the Checkmate four as witnesses.Kiva try to stop this as he knew if Saga was King,he'd allow Fangire to attack humans since he hates humans for personal reasons.IXA learnt this and assist Kiva to fight for the throne.IXA along with Otoya who is Dark Kiva but had turned good after a fight with Wataru,fought Rook and Bishop.Wataru fought Mio himself but Saga destroyed Mio when she was weakened by Wataru.Wataru got crazy and fought with Saga.Although he won,he was turning crazy and evil and wanted to end all life since he lost Mio.It was due to Otoya's sacrifice and everyone's words that Wataru woke up and stopped the Fangire Armageddon.Wataru becomes King and controlled all the Fangire,and flew Castle Dran with all the fangire in it to somewhere humans are not around.

Well,that's my opinion,a bit weird.
