Not at the time. I can guarantee Dogabaki was never meant to be a form used more than once. Trinity Form was used once or twice in Agito, and then Burning Form showed up. It's the same story here with Emperor Form.

Not to mention, they actually made a story for Dogabaki form, and reason for its use, with Kivat being sick.

it's side stories to the movie :3 heehee oki i haven't been keeping track of the movie info like i should.. well i kinda prefer to just watch stuff as it comes out and be thoroughly surprised :3
