But at the upcoming Decade movie in December, it hinted that all mysteries (of Decade) will be revealed..(?)

Trick question: So will there be more appearances and revelations (like why he is against sea cucumbers) of Decade in '09-'10 since 2009 is supposed to be his year..??? And since he's a world hopping Rider, I hope Decade will appear and pwn "the next decade" riders..

I don't think anyone cares about sea cucumbers... Really, it's just a joke to show that Kaito knew Tsukasa. I don't see how including a scene about Tsukasa remembering how he ate a sea cucumber and didn't like it would add anything to the series.

At this point, I guess the mysteries resolved in the movie will be mostly about Narutaki, Decade's memory loss and the 2nd Tsukasa, if he doesn't appear next episode.

The Decade series itself has way too many mysteries for it to be solved in that epic "All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker" movie. That movie basically solved the origin of Tsukasa, Dai-Shocker, and the Decade & Diend henshin devices.

The Decade/Double crossover movie will solve all the other mysteries, which is basically Narutaki & Kivarra. This thing about a 2nd Decade.......it seems like something new they decided to add to stir things up, hence why they added Dark Decade in that Climax Heroes game.
