Personality: Isamu is a noble and kindhearted man. Devoted to keeping he peace, he'll never start a fight. His yearning to do more led him to join the Time Rail Defense Agency in their ongoing battle to stop rogue Imagins. His training has enabled him to quickly and effeciently analyze nearly any battle situation and summon the approprete Imagin, usually before they 'request' to fight.
Bio: Peace reigned for much of Isamu's life as he grew. He'd heard of rogue Imagins and the TRDA but thought them little more than 'hero stories'. That was until one fateful day that was burned forever into young Isamu's mind. When he was 12 his best friend Kai told him about this cool 'friend' he'd made. Stepping from the shadows was a fully formed Imagin. Suddenly the Imagin 'opened' Kai and vanished inside a green warp-like hole.
Kai slumped to the ground and suddenly began apologizing for 'telling them'. To Isamu's horror a gaping wound suddenly ripped open in Kai's chest and his body turned to sand still bleeding. Desiring revenge, at the age of 20, Isamu joined the TRDA to prevent such a tragedy from happing to anyone else.
He easily bonded with the TRDA's Imagin's and was given the highest honor of being Den-O after proving himself over and over.
Six Month's prior to Rider's arrival:
Isamu borded the Denliner much to Momo's delight. Though he frowned as Isamu silently went into the cockpit and set a coordinate. Slumping into his seat Isamu said nothing to quell the chatter of the taros asking about their target destination.
It was some time later that Kintaros saw Isamu looking at something for a split second. He didn't know what it was, and didn't ask.

The City of Futo is an ecologically minded city, whose commitment to being environmentally friendly is well known throughout the world. But one other thing that Futo is known for is producing the world greatest detective, 7 generations of them. The numbers are the world greatest detective, solving some of the hardest mysteries, their name is unknown. There name is nonexistent, the only way they are known is by the number they are assigned to their generation. The Current number is 8.

Personality: Tsuki is kind and generous, he is a mild mannered and modest man. Tsuki is liked by many for his smile and laughs. He is very easy to get along with to the extent that most people don’t think he takes his task seriously but Tsuki’s kind personality usually over shadows his true objectives. With these traits he is capable of acquiring information easily.
Bio: Tsuki is an investigative writer in the city of Futo, he is not one to settle for anything but the absolute truth. He works for the city’s newspaper, and is famous for exposing scandals, and leaving hints and clues for the police to find criminals. On the side Tsuki works at his little sister’s Detective agency finding missing people using his informants, and deductive reasoning. But in truth Tsuki might be sick; His obsession with cleaning up his city sometimes leads him to be on his own vendetta. Tsuki usually puts himself into great danger. Tsuki enjoyed his work until one day his misadventure got him into a big car accident, where he passed out for the next 3 weeks. After waking up for the first time he met Taiyou, another young man who carries the same looks as he does, a long lost twin he never knew about. Tsuki’s parent divorced was very at the early age of 2 and since then their identities are not made known to each other. Tsuki learned that his father has passed and now his older Brother Taiyou will now be living with him. Due to Tsuki’s kinda nature he accepted Taiyou right away, his only issue was if Taiyou had the same sense of justice he did, and by a lucky break Taiyou did. A year later quitting his newspaper job. Taiyou and Tsuki has gotten used to working together, Taiyou revealed to Tsuki there is a new sort of crime created by creatures known as Dopant. Revealing to Tsuki that Taiyou was number 8 Taiyou gave Tsuki the power to transform into Kamen Rider Double. The people of the city soon gave them the name “ Kamen Rider†mask vigilante that Is the mascot for ending dopant crime, but many other question his methods. Tsuki see Double as a terror tactic to prevent criminals from causing crime. But to the down fall of this tactic, more Criminals seek out dopants to help them. Together with Taiyou, Tsuki goes out and work with his own sense of justice.

Personality: Taiyou In contrast to his twin brother Tsuki, is a much more commanding personality. He is usually quiet and serious. At times he just looks lost; Taiyou doesn’t really speak too much to anyone. Being kept away from society at an early age makes him somewhat awkward around people that are not his family. Around his family, especially his mother and sister, he is very kind and is somewhat talkative. To his twin Tsuki, he is much more like a mentor. All in all Taiyou is trying to improve his standing with society but he finds it difficult due to some past issues.
Bio: Taiyou is a mysterious person, he tend to do things within the confines of his own home due to the fact that there is an underground organization bent on trying to take his life. At an early age his parents divorced and he was suppurated from his twin Tsuki. Taiyou was raised in an institute which is the background behind the numbers. Taiyou learn how to be a detective at a young age and was chosen to take on the legacy of becoming the next number. Unfortunately for Taiyou he was kidnapped by an organization that wanted the end of the numbers. For years Taiyou disappeared under the radar he was created into a tool that was able to use the “True Gaia memoryâ€. Taiyou would spend 4 years with that organization until he was rescued, by his father. During the rescue Taiyou’s father was severly injured, and asked Taiyou to seek out his mother taking with him a case of six memories and the title of number 8. As was revealed to his son in the final moment of his life, Taiyou ‘s father number 7 died passing on his legacy. For the next two years Taiyou would use his resources as number 8 to track down the organization. It led him to the city of Futo, where by coincidence his mother was also located. As the investigation got off deeper and deeper, something was off. Infiltrated the number organization wasn’t what it used to be, and the people who was after his life is now even closer. Taiyou then ran away to his mother, later on he would meet Tsuki, and informed him of all the knowledge he had about their father and the Dopant Organization that is bent on taking his life and the world. Taiyou unlike Tsuki has a much weaker body, due to the fact that he was tortured, and sustained permanent injuries, Therefore most of the time Taiyou uses his abilities to access the Gaia library to help aid Tsuki on his cases. He fights the Dopants with Tsuki allowing his consciousness to separate from his body to fight as Kamen Rider Double, providing the Gaia Memories for the right side of Double. From time to time, He goes and fills his role as 8 and helps investigations all over the world through the World Wide Web.

Kaguya has a fascination with the “ hard Boiled Detective†style, and can be found acting like a Hardboiled detective, even if her brother Taiyou always call her “halfboiledâ€

I've been chatting it up with Gatack over PMs and here's what I came up with:
Name: Ryojiro Asakura(AKA: Dusk)

Personality: At one point in his life, Ryojiro was a pacifist who never really enjoyed fighting. He a kind, naive person and a little bit shy. Though this has all changed now, Ryojiro is silent, often unsure of himself, though the hesitation to fight still remains. As Dusk, he's completly vicious in battle and shows no mercy-a complete opposite of the person he once was
Bio:
Once Ryojiro was the original Kamen Rider Ryuki. Like many people, Ryojiro was down on his luck. He was fired from his job, the bills were piling up, and his land lord was threatening to kick him out. He was out of options, and out of time...that was when he saw an advert for an upcoming reality TV show, and they promised to pay in advance granted you were willing to sign a contract and he was selected to participate. The contest was not what Ryujiro was expecting at all, far from it. The competition was ugly, and brutal and he once again found himself fighting for his very survival. Ryojiro quickly adapted to his new found powers with the Dragon Advent deck, and quickly began a rising star in Shattered Glass. But this always felt wrong to Ryojiro: at first Ryojiro considered himself a servant of justice, defending humanity from the vile creatures of the Mirror World but this truth out weighted reality: in this competition there was no sense of right and wrong...it was survival of the fittest.
Still, the pay was good and the contract he signed forced him to stay on the show till he fell in battle, and so he remained the champion of the show for quite some time to come. He was planning to change the way things were done, and found an unlikely ally and kindred spirit in Ashley Hill: the Knight advent deck user. He trained Ashley and taught her everything he knew about the Mirror World, Advent decks, and more importantly: how to survive the two would become lose over this time period. Ryojiro decided not to involve Ashley in his plan to challenge the studio producers and left without saying anything. However, things would not go as Ryojiro planned; the producers knew he was coming and had set a trap for Ryojiro, and sent the other Riders to deal with him accordingly, he seemingly perishes in the ensuring battle. This would not be the end of Ryojiro as many thought: he survived the assault by the Riders, though the damages done to his body caused him to loose his memory. Everything up to this point in life was a complete blur, though he did remember Shattered Glass and his trials there.
The producers were shocked to find Ryojiro alive but knew they could use him: they agreed to help him find out who he is provided that they fought for him in Shattered Glass, on the condition that he fought using another alias. Ryojiro was reluctant, but he agrees and he’s given the Ryuga Advent deck. In a strange turn of events, he finds himself fighting in the mirror world once more, now under the alias “Dusk”.
