I've had this happen before. There are two things you need to do:

1) Ignore her attentions and don't give her any indication you might be interested, and for gods' sake DON'T act on it.

2) Give your friend every indication that you intend to act on it, and tease him mercilessly. It'll drive him crazy.

Ignore her, pay her no attention. Don't smile back or anything, she will do it more and things can go downhill from there.
