Bio: Kadoya was previously involved in the wars that took place years ago as Kuuga. He was part of the team that took action to combat the evil forces of Kamen Rider Gaoh. He returned a second time to help aid the team once again when evil rose again. However, he is now back at home, in his own world. He remembers nothing of those times. His previous allies, his friends the Imagins he befriended may have disappeared due to this. Now in his own world he still does things to help as many people as he can.

His personality is unchanged though, Kadoya still retains that passion to help people and protect them if needed. His values and views on the world may conflict with people but he keeps doing what he feels is right.

His powers as Kuuga has been passed down to another user in the world. But he obtains his deceased partner and close friend's powers from the previous wars as a replacement, Hibiki's tuning fork. However this is unknown to him. Kadoya hopes to change the world. Unknown to him he will once again have to become involved in the world that was forgotten.

Reposting in case you missed it. Also Smilodon you can probably just make a subtle reference of Kuuga's powers being used in the past wars before you obtain it. I will make a subtle reference of it as well.

The previous wars did happen, but it just had an inconclusive end since the second RP didn't finish. So, for some reason or another, the original members got zapped back to the real world with no memories of the events until the third RP starts. Otherwise, the dream/no dream/"what? am I dreaming?" thing is probably just Matrix's writing style rather than stated facts.
