Getting in Kakuranger now, it has gotten better, I was worried it wouldn't, almost gave up on it.

Of the other series I've seen I've enjoyed them, I really don't hate any of them, even the ones I didn't enjoy.

magiranger- it has good drama, comedy, and action.
timeranger- it had a dark feel to it and it was really dramatic
go-onger- not a lot of people like it, but i like it anyway. its just fun to watch.
jetman- a classic. thank god it was subbed:thumbs:

70's - J.A.K.Q.
There isn't really one specific thing I liked about this series. The whole thing just seemed to work for me. It's an all-around great show, IMO.

80's - Turboranger
To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for this one when I first started watching it. I figured it would be an average show, but was pleasantly surprised. What really grabbed my attention were Yamimaru and Kirika. Awesome characters; pretty much made the show for me.

90's - Jetman
I absolutely loved Jetman! The writing in this series is probably the best I've seen in any Sentai. I'm a huge fan of dramatic stories, so the whole Rei/Ryuu/Kaori/Gai love-quadrangle was a big hit with me.

00's - Abaranger
This is my all-time favorite Sentai, though I guess that's obvious based on my name here. There were goofy things in the show here and there that I could've lived without, but the things Aba did well easily out weighed those few negative aspects. Asuka and Mahoro were a soap opera fan's dream come true! Seeing Ryouga try to balance his responsibility to Mai with his duty as a hero was something I found creative and refreshing. Mikoto.... freaking rocked!

i've only seen Go-Onger so i'm going to go with that, but i'm planning on seeing ZyuRanger and Dairanger and probably Dynaman.

This EXPLAINS everything about our discussion on Sosuke in the RPM thread. I suggest you do go watch more Sentai before claiming that praise you have for Go-On Red.

Skip Zyuranger, only go for the Dragon Ranger arc (which you can download, subbed). Go directly to Dairanger.

Infact, once you've gone through a few Sentai shows in their entirety then I want to hear your opinions on Go-On Red. $10 says you'll be singing a different tune.

I did enjoy watching Dekaranger, Dairanger, Kakuranger, and I'm starting to like Ohranger as well. Well, from the episodes that I've seen anyways.

Heh, Go-onger was the first Sentai I seriously started watching, since then I've seen all the other 00's Sentai, Zyuranger and Dairanger. I still think Go-on red is great for all the reasons I've always said he was.

Yeah, he's a goofy fool but he still has that strong sense of justice and fighting like crazy to protect that justice. He'll keep on fighting even when there's no hope in winning and when he does that, he succeeds. He never gives up and never backs down from what he needs to do. He's a great leader like that and I'd even argue one of the better reds from the 00's.

Just because he acts stupid a lot doesn't mean he's less of a character. What about those weird and whiney reds like Kai, Ban (whiney) or Jan (weird, the trying to make him serious at the end I just didn't buy), or annoying like Yousuke?

Go-on red is great, and this comes from someone who's seen more than a couple series.
