I never thought it would be a centaur...

I find this surprise pleasant. I love centaur mechs, and Shoutmon X4 is more mecha-like than Digimon-like in most respects.

The alligator is Deckerdramon (blue flare)
It confirms Shoutmon + Jetsparrow, Shonitamon, and DonShoutmon.

Also Digimon.net has updated sounds that can be used with the Xrosloader to unlock certain digimon to fight.
Deckerdramon can be unlocked as playable (I think) by playing With The Will into it, which is pretty cool.

It looks like like Shoutmon with a tv for a head and the other one looks like Dondokomon Digivolved!

yup, those two.
And I think Sparrowmon leaves Twilight for Taiki, he is part of X5. either that or Nene with ditch him when a more powerful digimon comes along (darknightmon)
