Again, this isn't Gaiaonline or any other RP heavy site that sees the amount of traffic to warrant the need of a dedicated mod to the section.
A global mod can poke in around once a month, at most, just to clean up. Creating an RP mod will seem just like a waste of a title for someone who won't do much task wise, like a Walmart Greeter (and half the time they don't even do THAT task. XD) Not saying the candidates are unreliable, there just isn't much to actually do.
The thing I liked about RPing here than Gaia Online is the different style of RP that existed here, as well as the type of people and the creativity that's put into the RPs. Everything in Gaia Online was more "New Generation" or "Something Sonmething comes again" or "Slaves, come get it".
At the same time, however, why WOULD we even need a mod to clean up? Honestly, yeah, I wanted to do that. But mostly because
A) I've been here the past few years I REALLY joined HJU and made it my first home base
B) Sorting, organization, that stuff runs in me. Even if my room gets messy, I ALWAYS know where to put that mess if it gets clean and keep the room the same way. Doing the same to a section with countless RP threads is no different.
C) I'm always on HJU, nonstop. It's the tab that's ALWAYS on my internet browser, so I'm usually just...around, lurking, etc.
Mostly A and B. I really wanted something to do, not as a mod, but...just SOMETHING to do, and something more useful on my time here than just lurking, clicking threads, and re-clicking them, thinking I didn't seem them yet. But at the same time, I realize, no matter what the circumstance, the RPG section doesn't really need a mod when most of the RPs have their own mods: the creators and probably other appointed members within that RP. The task of cleaning up and such is so small, that it's not even worth (no offense) assigning a mod SPECIFICALLY for this section. Even when i was a mod in another forum, I realized that it was such a pointless thing to mod.
I think there was more to what I was gonna say, but I got distracted by my creepy text message ringtone that I forgot....so I'll end it here and come up with something else some other time.
