That looks like the adult sized 13 card decks. If so they all have their respective card decks inside.

It does have all the decks (Minus the Survive decks) but...
do they have the cards with it? I bet not!!!

They do. Or at least, they should. I know this, because I have one (back home.) The Survive decks were sold seperately, which was kind of a bust, but I don't really mind. It's enough to have a full-size version of the normal 13.

It's probably about as good as you can get when it comes to Ryuki merchandise that isn't a figure. The Toys 'R Us exclusive version of the DX belt is pretty spiffy too, but this is really the king until they come out with the version that actually turns you into Ryuki, etc. And I kinda don't think we'll be seeing that one for a while.

yes they are nice, you have to get the special hyper advent final card also
to complete it
try mandarake in shinjuku i saw it cheap

try to find the den-o one, that one was very few made, and cost me alot

Well it says in the auction that it has the cards. Pretty cool and cheap (so far) for the adult belt.
