Kamen Rider Movies Director's Cut: Worth Buying?

If you don't have the original dvds already, just buy the director's cut versions.

I think some of the director's cut versions had many cameos like in Episode Final, and Paradise Lost to name a few. Which is a nice addition. And, well, longer runtime than the original versions.

I don' remember Paradise Lost having any specific cameos, but Episode Final definitely did. It had most of the main cast cameos (Shouichi, Mana, Houjou, Ozawa, Hikawa and Omuro) in it and had them in longer scenes (mainly the last four).

But the scene between Shinji and Miho was really worth it for me, cause I thought they needed more screen time together compared to the original.

It's a shame that the recent roll-out of Blu-ray movies aren't Director's Cut.

From my knowledge, there is currently no DC versions of the movies on blu ray.

It's still your preference whether you want a DVD that has a movie w/ longer runtime and more features or a Blu Ray with better quality that has a theatrical version of the movie.

It's your preference. I personally think too much definition is a bit offsetting. Hence, I prefer HD, not Blu-Ray. I don't need to see the pore marks on the actors' faces. thanks.

It still seems to boil down DC vs. Original-Cut. Again, that was explained in previous post. It's your preference and what you're specifically looking for.

Blade's (can't remember the title of movie) had a bunch of KR cameos. hehehe

Once again, I turn to the HJU community for help in my indecisiveness.

Is it still worth it to buy a Director's Cut version of a Kamen Rider movie when you already have the original cut at hand? Are the "extras" of the Director's Cut even worth it?

No.

Tsunogae Kazue aka Yui's grandma/Sanako Kanzaki, Ryuki - She was one of the shopkeeps in the human resistance camp.

Kazumasa Taguchi aka Kouji Kouno/Hojo's comrade, Agito - I forgot what his role was exactly but he had and encounter with the above character.

Kanji Tsuda aka Shinji's Boss/Daisuke Ōkubo, Ryuki - He was Mina's father, he was only in flashbacks in black & white with the red shoes.

The Lion Orphnoch's voice was a cameo by Tsuyoshi Koyama, but cannot tell who he is because he was only voicing the Orphnoch, he was mostly doing grunts, groans and some animal noises. And if he was in any Rider series before, I have not seen him before.
