Will the non-combining mechas ever comeback in sentai

As long as Bandai insists on putting itself in the writers chair then no. The story should generate the toys not the other way around. Besides, sentai is inherently toyetic to begin with so alot of what Bandai does and demands is pure overkill to pad their bottomline.

nope, the combining one cost more money the non-combining mechas, that why toei and bandai would never go back to non-combining mechas,I mean look at Gaoranger to boukenger, you buy a new vehicle or amimal with your mecha,is like the pokemon of sentai, gotta catcha all lol

Gaoranger and Boukenger, pokemon of sentai... nice. latest to join in is Gekiranger. and it's "Gotta catch 'em all"... was that correct?

There are a lot of non-combining mecha up to this time, with Mahou Tetsujin Travelion (Ai no Sentai Senshi Magi Shine's giant robo) as the most recent. Travelion transforms into a robot through magical transformation (mahou henkei). Henkei (transformation) is one way in order for a mecha (one-piece) to turn into its giant robo appearance. The other one is through gattai (combination).

The first henkei robo was Denjiman's Daidenjin while the first gattai robo was Sun Vulcan's Sun Vulcan Robo. In the case of the Battle Fever Robo, the robot is in its giant robo form already and with no variations at all. I don't think that kind of robo will ever return. We can expect transforming (henkei) robots at the very least if a series doesn't have a gattai (combining) robo.
