In both Black and RX worlds both Blacks said they were looking for Joe...... but we never got to see Joe.

Who is Joe the Haze?

Ah, thats why Tsukasa was dressed like that in the beginning. I guess he was put there to represent Joe the Haze. I gotta finish Black somehow and start RX.
