he's the character on Kamen Rider Black RX. the person who against the Crisis Empire. however there is none connection to Kamen Rider Black. but it only exists to Kotaro-san's memories.

Funnily enough, Rikiya Koyama (Kasumi no Joe) is interviewed in the latest Toei Hero Max.

I really hated Kasumi no Joe in RX, so of all the characters to keep getting shout-outs...:nono: I especially don't like the idea of him wandering around Black's World! Maybe I'll just imagine Joe bumping into Kyomoto's character and getting his ass kicked.

Compared to some other Rider sidekicks/comic relief characters Kasumi No Joe starts to look pretty awesome. Is the whole "haze" thing a valid translation of his name to begin with?

Joe was fucking awesome in RX. I really liked that guy alot. I thought both him and Kotaro made a kick ass duo that alot of the latest Sentai teams couldn't even lay a finger on.
