I enjoyed Twelve mostly for the characters. Tae-san as the tiger angel really stands out, and the dynamic between the angels is interesting. I also liked Ma-Rok as the human manager; he adds a different perspective to the story. The CGI for O-Gwi was okay, but sometimes it felt overdone. I think the biggest problem is the pacing. Some episodes rush through the action while slowing down in parts that should be intense. Still, I would recommend it if you are looking for a short series with mythology-inspired fantasy.
