Well in my view that was pretty damn awesome. I'm interested that it looks like the second Gekijou Special won't involve thae human characters but that could change. At the least it
only seems to feature the 5 Ultra seen in series

Could have bring the whole armies of the Evil/Fake Ultras against the good Ultras. That would look more interesting like Belial could fight with Ginga, since Zero got Darclops Zero.

Would like to see Hikaru/Tiga changing forms, but it seems like after Tiga's TV series he stops changing forms beside the Gaiden part.

Yeah, the series never show him tracking down for Ultra spark dolls besides monsters only.
