Taro hasn't had a human form since the last episode of his own show I believe. Then afterwards Kotaro killed Valkie. It's why of all the main Ultra in Mebius he's the only one not to appear in human form.
Speaking of Taro, I swear yesterday while looking up stuff I saw a scan of a full sized Taro fighting alongside Ginga but I can't find it now so maybe I imagined it.

So, Ginga's finally back.
7th episode was kinda weird. The first half of it was a recap and second part was just strange.

But, at least we have footage of Hikaru-Tiga transformation and all Tyrant Gattai. Apparently, Seijins can also UltraLive into diffirent dolls.
