"The Flash" running on the CW Talkback thread

Kain the episode ended with Cisco telling Joe there are TWO Reverse Flashes. We now know who ONE of them are. The obvious part that's in contention is who the second one is. To readers familiar with the comics, its Eddie. To those not familiar will scratch their head until the season finale when its revealed to be Eddie. That was my point.

Honestly, if it were Eddie, it would come out-of-nowhere. There was no indication that he was Reverse Flash anywhere.

Comic book reference aside, that's bad writing. It'd probably be better if they did a bit more foreshadowing before inserting him as a Reverse Flash.

Well, they have a whole half a season left of episodes to flesh out his character more. I think his hatred for Flash has already been planted.

What Mirage said. The task force plus his beat down at Flash's hands are excellent starts. If it was NEXT EPISODE, yeah, but that's not likely, we got the rest of the season to go.

NO he didn't. He said there were two Flashes, as there was both a red streak and a yellow streak in their fight. He never said there were two Reverse ones.

But that has nothing to do with what Cisco told Joe. Cisco told Joe that when Flash and RF were fighting, he saw both a yellow and a red streak. Barry says that when he was a kid, there was a red and yellow streak inside his house.

So I just got caught up on this series and boy are my legs tired!
But on a serious/speculative note I feel that both wells AND eddie have a part to play. Eddie would have plenty of motivation to try and go back in time/get flash's powers if Barry later ends up with Iris and someone (wells or otherwise) claimed to be able to give him power to let him go back and try to win her back. Hell, Well's newspaper could've been given to him by himself in the future in order to put him on the track of slowly trying to mold eddie earlier on.
