i was looking up kuuga ulti. rising on ebay, came across this:

^ The one you posted is a HDM fixed pose toy, not a SHF.

There are a bunch of Rising Ultimates that are leaked goods from the factory without the Tamashii delivery box. The one on eBay's probably one of those if the price is so low.
