From my girlfriend I got a cute little card, a basket of Rirakkuma (リラックマ => same bear as my avatar) stuffed with candy and some Hello Kitty marshmallows (actually, those are also for my mom cause she never tasted them).

At the office, they handed out free heart-shaped chocolates, one for each employee that used the company restaurant.
