I wouldn't say I suck at relationships but I have a hard time pursuing the person.

I'm really digging this girl, Kim but I'm not sure if I am getting anywhere with her at all. We talk perfectly fine online but when we see each other we hardly talk at all, her best friend says she really wants me and likes me but she tells me I'm winning her over slowly.
