I think if you get 2 items from one store and it's over 5000 yen, there isn't a handling fee. But each item doesn't get a handling fee, just one charge of 500 yen.

Correct. There is only one handling fee per order if all of the items ordered are at the same store. If you were to order two items that totaled 4500 yen from say the Nakano store than you would be charged one handling fee of 500 yen. If the total amount of your order at one store totaled 5000 yen or more then you wouldn't be charged any handling fee at all for that order.

Now, if you were to order two items with one from say the Nakano store and perhaps the other from the Shibuya store, then you would be charged two separate 500 yen handling fees (if both orders were under 5000 yen) and two different shipping fees.

So I checked the site, but, either I'm not using the right words for searching (I used OOO) but it doesn't seem like this site has a lot stocked.

So I'm just wondering, how high of a chance would this store stock up on the Tajadol Effect Parts, and if they do, would I have to be quick to get them?

Well, Mandarake doesn't work like your average retail store like AmiAmi or HLJ. I think they're more closer to like a pawn shop. A lot of the stuff has been opened or used, but is usually always in good condition. To answer you're question, the TaJaDoru effects parts will show up before too long and then periodically re-appear after they sell out. You do have to be quick because each listing represents only 1 of that item, and once somebody buys it, it's gone. New stuff comes in stock everyday. I've already seen 1 or 2 Uvas pop up. For OOO stuff try searching オーズ

Shipping is relatively the same as other places. You can expect the same prices as other middlemen or HLJ. If you have enough experience buying you can figure out the costs.
