Well I would say it depends on the character. I tend to go for something that reflect the Rider or form. One of my favorites for New Den-o is to have him holding his belt buckle while holding Macheteddy on his shoulders. Ratoratah does the OOO claw stance, Accel is doing his stance from the Leave All Behind Cover, and Birth is shooing the Birth Buster like Date or Goutou as opposed to Satonaka.
