You can but the only problem would be the medals. They wouldn't look too right. Otherwise you can totally buy billions of combos mix and match the parts by taking them apart.

I saw this version of Birth over in the OOO's rumor thread. If it is a custom I hope we eventually get double Birth's. If not it would be easy just to buy a extra Birth and paint it yourself.

Or making tons of copies of the OOO driver from the figure and painting it up to match the combo colors. Possible to do with the right materials and if you're skilled at painting.
