im not exactly following what u guys are saying. can't he just jam all those occ parts on? i have no clue how the occ figure work.

i do have the shf birth figure. i don't plan on opening it yet though. but if there's anything i can help by just looking from the box, let me know.

Pointing at Birth's shoulders does not indicate how large the neck's peg is.

Yeah. I think that if the OCC version had extacly the same peg hole for the head as the figuarts has then it would be possible to use the OCC body for the CLAWS attachment while the figure would have the Figuarts head.

This way it would be not necessary to adapt or ruin any peg from OCC version.Afterall it is not necessary to use figuarts body as the CLAWS would cover almost the entire body.

Yeah, I noticed that during my May'11 trip there. The prices have increased even compared to Dec'10. >_<

I was last there in February 2011.

Is it still the same cost as buying them online sans shipping?

Shadowmoon's first few days was around $350~$380HKD
Birth's price is around $330
even tho some people claims they got it for waay cheaper :redface2:

ridiculous don't you think? it increased pretty much everywhere. by an average of 500 yen (5-6 us); retail price wise. what an expensive hobby we all have :disappoin

There's no hole on the shoulder of Birth, which means it's the SHF figure. It does not matter what head was used. The body is where the CLAWs are attached.

I took that post as alluding to using SHF Birth's Head on OCC Birth to use the CLAWs.... If it wasn't, then I'm sorry for the confusion.

Is it nice? NO! I just wanted to see how it would look like.... Just used some double sided tape. I also just happen to have grabbed Faiz... :laugh:

Wow, you just don't read a damn thing before you attempt to be the be-all, end-all repository of information around here. The guy is asking whether or not the peg that holds OCC Birth's head ie. the neck joint is the same size as SHF Birth's neck peg. Like he said, he wants to attempt a head-swap. You're not saying anything that answers this question, and YOU don't have SHF Birth yet, so why are you answering him? You don't know. Give it up and leave the matter be.
