Rider Slash...The new Kick?

Den-O is full of Slash finishers, Kabuto had a couple, and we all know Decade's got some...slash finishers seem to just keep replacing Kick styled finishers. I think their has been at least one in each heisei series, and Rx has his stab finisher, while Biorider was the first to truly use a slash.
I'm not really complaining...cuz some of them are tight as hell...but has sentai really influenced KR that much? and not just slash attacks but there is blast finishers as well. KR isn't about the blasting, it's all about the raw power and physicality of the Rider..slashing I'll let go because the sword could be viewed as an extension of one's self.

What do you guys think?

Never really realized there were a lot of slashing finishers until you brought it up, hehe. But yeah I guess I can kinda see how you think sentai greatly influnced these finishers. But I don't necessarily think they are replacing the old fashion rider kick, albeit the riders are starting to use more and more slashing finishers. Then again, super sentai and kamen rider have the same orgins...Well thats my two cents of it all, im going to bed.:coolshades:

I think every Rider must do a Rider Kick but then, Rider Punch and Rider Throw could work as well. But Slashes and Blasts all are elements of WIN!

Sentai appears to have influenced RX the most, I don't know why, just the way everything functions in it, makes you feel your watching a sentai show.

Actually I kinda enjoyed the Hibiki finishers. One of the only things I liked about the show.

Agreed, at least the fans won't get bored seeing the same thing over and over ... i mean, sure, Rider Kicks are awesome and all but if the Rider keeps doing the same thing, might as well finish off the series by episode 30 lol
