Rider Slash...The new Kick?

What happened to Rider Grappling moves?

Riders fight without weapons in heisei ear would be Kuuga mighty, gill, hoppers, kiva, and think there few more.

I think it was mentioned before that KR series have kind of replaced Metal Hero type characters to some extent, what with the gadgets and all.On the one hand, I was one of the few who actually liked the idea of Kamen riders not always being cyborgs, but on the other hand, I do miss the all-melee combat present in Black and the Showa series.

With Decade, it's a bit odd, because it's all the same finisher used in a different way depending on what weapon he uses. Ridebooker Gun, Ridebooker Sword, or the Kick. I'm guessing there should ba a Punch as well (Ch.2, where he exchanges a Rider Punch with Ultimate Kuuga). But I'm wondering why the producers could just have him do different kinds of Rider Kick/Punch moves, given how flexible the Final Attack Ride:Decade card can be used...

I'm not really complaining...cuz some of them are tight as hell...but has sentai really influenced KR that much? and not just slash attacks but there is blast finishers as well. KR isn't about the blasting, it's all about the raw power and physicality of the Rider..slashing I'll let go because the sword could be viewed as an extension of one's self.

What do you guys think?

um........sure. o.O

Honestly, I like Decade's because of it's versatility...You're right about how it's the same move just executed in three different ways...Decade's has the same element in it that the tree different versions of the same move don't stray away from the whole idea of the Finisher itself. Dimension Slash is actually one of my Favorite finishers, it's just sad that we don't see much of any of the Dimension Finishers because they are overshadowed by the other Final Attack Rides
