In response to this, I shall post a picture of this brilliant man:

Neil deGrasse Tyson, Astrophysicist. One of my favourite scientists in the WORLD.

(Along with Michio Kaku and Richard Dawkins. Yes, I DO have favourite scientists... STFU >_>)

This stupid mean girl in history (who's nickname that she hates happens to be Shamoo) was talking about the slavery junk & the trail of tears crap & goes "I think black people should be put on reservations & separated from us too" & I'm like "Well I think all Shamoos need to be thrown back in the ocean." stupid racist idiot, I can't stand people like that.

Then you have the stupid stereotypes. "If someone pays attention & does their work, they're a dork, gay, weird, whatever" & this one comes from girls toward guys commonly "boys who write neat & readable are gay & write like girls" or "Boys that can judge wether someone looks good or matches must be queer" People like that get on my nerves & piss me off too. I hate stupidity. Or some of the stupid girls "That guy doens't like me that much, he must be a queer" when the girl is ugly as crap & mean as heck.

& this one was toward me which is just stupid. I'm from Virginia & people like to said the word "ain't" & I say "isn't" this girl goes, "You talk the correct way, you're just not normal!" Well 1, I never said I was normal, 2 if she's normal then I don't want to be normal, & 3, not my fault she's a stupid fricking hick whore.

Oh, I really really hate that "gay" ****. If he did that, then hes gay. If he looked at me liked like that, then hes gay. If he doesn't look at me like that, then hes gay too! If held that thing that way, then hes gay. If he doesn't, then hes gay as well! If he dresses like that, if he talks like that, if he walks like that....and the damn list goes on and on and on.

Well, I have never been called gay. but I do feel sometimes that someone was trying to imply that. I went a couple of times with my best friend (a guy...and I'm a guy. in case u haven't figured it out) to this place to eat. Just a few times in a very casual manner. Last time we went there, the waitress was smiling the whole time (and almost laughing) in a not so friendly way, like shes making fun of us. Obviously she thinks we're gay. It happened a few times from the waitresses over there. We stopped going there after that. Its as if two guys can't hang out together anymore (unless u drag a female around with you).

I have friends with whom we quote Chappelle Show a lot when we're joking around. It's mainly because we genuinely LIKED the show and not just the Rick James or Li'l John sketches either (though we love those to.) Actually my all time favorite would have to be Black Bush. That sketch is so well put together from start to finish and features (I think) nearly all the regulars from Donnell Rawlings and Charlie Murphy to Anthony Berry and Mos Def. I think even the robot guy and Yoshi make an appearence in there somewhere.

But I hear about how when Dave would be out in public just trying to relax with his family or when he was trying to do new material on stage and people would just obnoxiously shout the quotes at him that just kinda makes me sad.

I guess what I'm getting at is that I kinda hate that people who appreciate the show on all the levels Dave was firing at may get lumped in with people who are just being really rude with the material. Or worse trying to be racist with it.

I miss that show. Not *every* sketch worked for me but Dave has a great way of combining really sharp wit with just being spontaneous and silly as hell plus he had such a funny crew backing him up. I can't imagine the show without them to.
